1. Creative Brief and Estimate
2. The estimate is based on the brief sent by the client and is tailored to suit the scope of work and key deliverables detailed.
3. Roast Film Co withholds the right to revise the original pricing at any time should the brief be modified, whether verbally or in writing by the Client.
4. We require full creative control throughout the project and expect a collaborative and respectful relationship where client input is welcomed, provided it does not obstruct production.
2. The Service
i. Roast Film Co will provide the services outlined in the Estimate to the Client subject to the agreed fee. Should the scope of work change a new estimate will be issued to reflect the new project requirements.
ii. Once the estimate is agreed and upfront fees are paid, Roast will begin chargeable work, and any cancellation or postponement therein may incur a fee (see Section 11).
iii. All work is completed to a standard deemed suitable by Roast Film Co. If the Client wishes to make changes outside of our creative recommendations, we may not be able to guarantee that the final product(s) align with the original brief or intended purpose.
