As we witnessed the growing trend of craft beer establishments flourishing beneath railway arches, we became captivated by the stories behind the breweries’ origins. Brixton Brewery, nestled under the arches in Brixton, caught our attention as a promising newcomer in the industry. We had the pleasure of speaking with Xochitl from the brewery, delving into their initial journey and highlighting their very first creation, the Electric IPA—a beer inspired by the local community and history.
