Nurses Day 2023 | Royal College of Nursing

On the back of a successful campaign the previous year, we were re-commissioned by the Royal College of Nursing to produce a compelling short film for their Nurses Day in 2023. The film shared stories of various nurses from mental health, physical health, learning disability and acute setting to highlight the diverse roles that healthcare encompasses. The hero film below, was produced alongside 4 case-study films each focussing on one participant, and focussed on be more social media ready and able to share new stories throughout the campaign. Rather than use voice over to depict a ‘thank-you’ from colleagues, patients and the general public, we organised and captured conversations between the nurses, their colleagues and/or patients as well, providing a platform for heartfelt messages to be shared.
